Community Nursing
For clients who need high care requires a high level of skill, as well as to training support workers to respond to people’s complex needs.
Therapeutic supports
for adults and children, to improve participation and independence in daily, practical activities, in areas such as language and communication, personal care, mobility and movement, interpersonal interactions, and community living.
General household
Such as cleaning, home and yard maintenance, laundry and meal preparation and delivery.
Transport
For clients who cannot use public or other private transport, from their home to their daytime activities, place of study or workplace.
Respite
Providing in-home care and support to clients or assisting them to access community activities, so their carers can take a break.
Recreation
Outside recreation activities like movies, park or attending general social events.
